Limited Lifetime Frame Warranty
Diamond Fitness product's frame is protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship of the frame, and we pledge to repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge.
Please note, however, that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or the normal wear and tear that can occur with regular use. Also, the warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferrable to subsequent owners if the product is resold.
10-Year Cable and Pulleys Warranty
We guarantee that the cables and pulleys in our product will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the original purchase date. Should any issues arise during this time due to poor workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective cable or pulley, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover issues related to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, it does not cover any associated labor or shipping costs.
30-Day Attachments Warranty
Any attachments that come with our product are covered by a warranty for a period of thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. This warranty covers any defects in the materials or workmanship of these attachments. If a defect is discovered within this period, we will repair or replace the attachment, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover any labor or shipping costs related to repair or replacement.
To qualify for these warranties, customers are required to provide a valid proof of purchase and may need to have purchased the product from an authorized dealer. Some warranties may require product registration.
Please also be aware that these warranties might be voided if the product is used in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer, or if the product has been modified in any way.
