Very solid unit. I mainly bought it for knee exercises. The leg extension unit is tight and not sloppy. Leg curls are awkward for my body length, but I am figuring a way around that. Recommended.

Bench is pretty solid. The material looks like it will last for many years. It feels like a commercial gym equipment with the folding option for home use. The cushion is very firm. There is about a half inch of solid wood inside. All the metallic parts are strong and well made. The ease of use is easy and straight forward.

Two complaints:
1 - There was minor damage to the seat and backrest. A staple damage was present on the seat (side location). There was also two rip/tear damage on the backrest (bottom side location section). The rip/tear damage seems to be from packing/storage/shipping. The location of the backrest must have come in contact with the metallic red pieces. I do believe there was not enough packing material used.
2 – There was a lot of leftover glue residue on the bottom under section of the seat where the sticker was present. I suppose the label sticker was not sticking well, so it was over glued extensively.

I have had this weight bench in use for a couple months. Assembly was easy, working by myself, took a couple hours, using a couple sockets and a crescent wrench. Assembly instructions were clear enough. All the fasteners were there and marked, keyed to the instructions. I use the bench every day now, so here are my pros and cons:

Pros:
1) Materials and finish are high quality and heavy duty
2) The assembled bench feels solid and stable enough
3) Padding on the bench is comfortable enough
4) Adequate set of bar stops so you can change the bench incline to a few different positions

Cons:
1) I shopped around for a bench that I thought would be big enough for me. This one is ok, but it falls short in a couple ways: the spacing of the pillars is wide enough to allow a decent grip for bench press, but just barely. Another 3-4" wider would be a much better fit for me (I am 6'-1");
2) Another shortcoming is the leg extension part. Doing front extensions (quad work) works ok. Doing leg curls (hamstring work) does not. The lengths of both parts (upper and lower) of the leg attachment part are too short. I can get just a short range of motion doing leg curls, not useful. I'm not sure what I can do to fix that, maybe nothing.

Overall, I'm happy with it and I'm glad to have it. I hate going to the gym, but with a weight setup right outside the back door, I hit it multiple times a day.

Edit: If I put a 6-inch wood block under the front support of the bench, I can get a full range of motion with the front leg extensions. Leg curls still not happening.

I am trying to adopt fitness as a lifestyle. This was perfect. The shipping was a bit rough and the product arrived damaged but the vendor worked it out with me. The replacement part was shipped quickly and I am getting busy.

Great workbench very sturdy. Also not too oversized, but big enough to have your arms in the correct position to do bench presses. Only thing was the picture was inconsistant as for what reference point you were looking at for assembly. One call to the company gave me the answer. It's a great bence.
