This top-quality kit, made in the U.S., comes with a pair of 1.5-inch wide nylon connecting straps, detachable 150LB Slastix resistance bands, and 1.375-inch diameter handles/ footholds. The 90-inch straps can be easily adjusted and securely attached to a rack crossmember or similar anchor point.

What sets the Body Weight Gym apart from other portable suspension trainers is its unique Slastix bands. These sheathed bands create an unpredictable environment, challenging athletes to improve their muscle stability by performing functional movements. But, if you want a more predictable setup, you can effortlessly remove the Slastix.

This two-in-one flexibility, coupled with the durability of the Slastix bands and the full kit's portability, makes the Body Weight Gym an all-encompassing station for various suspension training movements. You can do a range of exercises like Pikes, Split Squats, Single Arm Rows, Tricep Extensions, Push-ups, Supine Pull-ups, and many more.

Setting Up the Body Weight Gym:

- Loop the strap over a sturdy, high anchor point.

- Thread the strap through the built-in loop and pull to fasten securely.

- Connect the Slastix by pushing the strap under its buckle.

- Pull down on the Slastix to verify it's firmly attached and won't slide off.

- Affix the handle in the same way as the Slastix, threading it under the buckle.

- Repeat the procedure with the second strap, setting it a preferred distance from the first and at the same height

What is Slastix?

The Body Weight Gym consists of two textured grip handles with specialized loops and a pair of long cloth straps to anchor independently to any overhead anchor point. You can order this product with or without a pair of 150-pound Slastix resistance bands.

Without Slastix, the Body Weight Gym will enhance your stability and help you focus on maintaining your balance while building your muscles.

Use it with Slastix, and the added instability will supercharge your core muscles and intensify every movement of your workout.
