Primarily designed for barre fitness and resistance band training, the Connectus enhances core strengthening, balance, and flexibility with its circular top that serves as a barre. Its dimensions—36 inches tall and 34 inches in diameter—align with traditional ballet barres, accommodating multiple users simultaneously. Its six spines each offer six anchor points for attaching Slastix resistance bands, or any other cables or resistance bands you own. For a full-body workout, we suggest a 12-foot radius per user around the Connectus, ensuring ample space for exercise.
