It features four anchor points for attaching Slastix resistance bands, which are great for low-impact exercises. Plus, there are adjustable J-hooks on each side that are made to hold Olympic barbells. The rack's back end can hold additional weights up to 300 pounds. On top of the rack, you can store your workout equipment like medicine balls. If you want more exercise options, you can even add a monkey bar attachment to the top of the rack.
