Identity

The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications.

Availability

The product must be available for purchase from a qualifying retailer, either in-store or online.

Timing

The lower price must be verifiable and available to the general public at the time of the price match request.

Currency

The lower price must be in the same currency and include any shipping, handling, and taxes.

Submit Request

Contact Ziah Support with your name, contact info, the product you wish to price match, the name and website or store of the qualifying retailer, and proof of lower price (e.g., a screenshot, link, or ad).

Wait For Response

Our team will review your request and verify all of the information is correct. This typically takes between 5-15 minutes.

Check Your Email

A response will be sent notifying you whether or not your request was accepted and the next steps moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, price matches are not applicable to:

  • BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promotions
  • Flash sales
  • Custom products
  • Backorders and out-of-stock products
  • Store-wide, site-wide, and category-wide promotions
  • Rebates and gifts with purchase
  • Outlets and third-party retailers
  • Products sold by third-party retailers on Amazon (even if fulfilled by Amazon)
  • Clearance products and going-out-of-business sales
  • Loyalty promotions, reward certificates, and credit/financing offers
  • In-store services pricing and warranties
  • Delivery and assembly pricing and warranties
  • Trade-in offers, pre-owned, and demo product pricing
  • Employee discounts in addition to price matching

If you purchase a product from us and found a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will refund the difference.

No. Neither shipping nor delivery charges are included in the Best Price Guarantee program.

This does not apply to backorders on a retailer's site. The qualifying retailer must have the item in stock and the ability to place an order for the item to be eligible for the Best Price Guarantee.

Price matching is not eligible if the qualifying retailer's item is out of stock.
