Returns & Refunds

While every product sold by ZiahCare is chosen with utmost confidence, we understand that you might have second thoughts or find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that all returns are subject to return shipping costs and may incur restocking fees.

Damages

It's crucial to inspect your products upon delivery. In the case of any damages, please document these by taking photos and send them to help@ziahcare.com within 24 hours of the product's arrival.

Please also include your:

  1. Name
  2. Email used to place the order
  3. Order number
  4. Proof of purchase
  5. Description of the issue

One of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours to help guide you through the process.

Requirements

ZiahCare reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. "Like new" means that the items you ordered must be unused and not show any visual signs of wear. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee depending on the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days. Please note that ZiahCare is an authorized distributor for all products listed on www.ziahcare.com and strictly adheres to each brand's individual warranties.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders (saunas, steam rooms, etc.)
  • Downloadable software products (iPhone/Android apps)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at help@ziahcare.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@ziahcare.com.
