I just got my 3 person unit and lets say its a amazing product. After a long run and coming to relax in the unit was perfect. Quality is good , install was great they answered all my questions and concerns.

I luv my new Enlighten sauna. I spend every day in it. I got the hybrid model and I can use either traditional or infrared heaters. I love the my infrared sessions, but my husband prefers the traditional sauna experience. He likes to pour the water over it. Overall, we are so happy with the sauna and the experience we had with the company. The customer support is amazing. Elvira made sure to follow up with us every step of the way and Sam answered all of our questions and found the perfect model for us. We did have to pre-order the sauna, but its totally worth the wait as its the perfect size for us. They delivered it 2 weeks earlier than expected! Oh, and Arman, technician, talked to our electrician to make sure we set up the correct line for the sauna. What a team!

The outdoor sauna for 4 is absolutely wonderful. I feel so relaxed and detoxed sitting in there. Wood smells so nice and I enjoy the color therapy lights very much. On top of the best product, Enlighten provides the best customer service. They respond to me promptly every time I contact them. No matter if its a question or a problem, they have been always helpful, patient and professional. During this difficult time many businesses are struggling to take care of their customers, but not Enlighten. If you want a sauna, look no further, call Enlighten.

Best investment ever! No longer having to go to expensive spas and waiting to use one. Now it's at the leisure of my own time and in the comfort of my own backyard. Gets nice and hot and the speakers work great inside the sauna so you can play whatever you want to listen to. Highly Recommend
