Pros:
The bike delivers in training what it advertises to deliver
Setup is simple! It took me 2+ hours to setup. However it may be because I did it alone.
Riding descent allows for coasting giving real feel as if one is riding outdoors.
Seat, Handle Bar and Height adjustments make it very convenient to change configuration for multiple people. It is very nice!

Cons:
The product received does not reflect the advertised product in the ad, specifically in relation to the Seat elevation knob adjuster. The adjuster on the advertised product does not even look the same as the one I received.
The gear lag to shift up or down. My cycling apps shows the gradient for the ride I am training on. So when I get to a change in gradient, there is close to 2.5 seconds delay before you can feel the resistance to match the gradient changes.

I believe Garmin can release a firmware to fix the lag in shifting.

Set up is easy. Rides and data metric collection with the TACX app is seamless. My bike did come in with a bent seat rail but Garmin replaced it at no charge. Wish I would have bought this thing a year ago.

Couldn't be happier with this smart bike...Very easy to setup and adjust for different riders.

This is a better simulador

Clearly the price point is high but if you’re in this budget it’s a great bike. Super fun to ride the routes on the app and see your surroundings on screen. Plus, it uploads to Strava as the original ride so it looks like you’re riding in Europe! Feel. Brakes. Gears are all good.
