Very heavy and large just like the ones at the gym. Love it 👍

I found it pretty difficult to put together :( but I did it! I did a couple of sets on it and I definitely felt it in my abs. Doing leg lifts is hard and I felt that immediately in my abs. Now, hopefully I will stick with it and use it.
As always, eating right "consistently" is the most challenging part!

I absolutely love it! The delivery information was off. I received it the same week I purchased it. You will definitely feel it in your abdomen.
