The Ropeflex RX505 Mountable Rope Pull Machine is designed for rope training, offering a space-saving and budget-friendly option. This is very well built, very heavy, but was not easy to install with the included clamping plate. Might buy the J-Hook style bracket or rail installation kit later.

Well made, works as advertised. I like continuous rope machines at the gym and it is probably the most cost effective way to do these exercises at home.

I ordered this to add to my freestanding pullup bar for some cardio and strength training in my limited space. fits like a dream.
