This is actually a reorder after the first purchase, same towel different pattern, which I am quite happy about. This mat towel is super absorbent, soft and very quick dry. It took only 2-3h, hang-dried in room temperature, for the towel to be completely dried. I have to admit, the reason I fell in love is because of the design and beautiful pattern. The towel sticks to my mat for the whole session, no flipping in every corner, but for the grippiness, it is still below Yogitoes. Yes, it does need to be dampened, and I am a super-sweaty person, even I drop some water from my bottle just around the area, where Im gonna put down my hands. And, since its rather quick-dry, I sometime need to redo in the middle of yoga session. If you do many standing pose but eventually need solid grip for downward dog, you may wanna do this.

I am okay for those mentioned. The reason for four star; today, I just received the second purchase, and I am frowned to see
little spot stain in the hand towel (bought mat %2B hand towel). It’s like a pen marked. Never been used. It’s tiny but still a bummer. Small issue but simply avoidable with better QC and shipment checking.

I have used this towel approx 5 times now for hot yoga and it has been great! The material is soft and high quality and does not move around! Would highly recommend.

I used to slip and slide a lot on my yoga mat but this has helped with it a lot. Would highly recommend.

perfect just what i was looking for! i currently don't do hot yoga but towel is nicely non stick, classy and compliments my sticky mat quite well.thankyou YogaDesignLab! LJB

Have been using this towel for hot yoga for a couple of months now. When it is damp it is wonderful!! Before you're sweating and before the towel is moist you will slide all around on it. I usually drip some water from my water bottle on the hand and feet area to get me going before i'm sweaty. Otherwise I have to move the towel out of the way until my hands and feet are moist or I will not be able to hold a pose. Overall I really love the towel and wouldn't ever want to do hot yoga again without something like this. I do prefer it to the micro fleece which is what I've had before. I am very happy with the look however it is not nearly as vibrant in person as it shows in the picture.
