I’m obsessed with this mat. It’s great quality. Thick and cushy. The texture is perfect for hot yoga. I get so many compliments on it when I roll it out in class!

Excellent coloring, just wish pattern were on both sides! Definitely get the towel wet before using in hot yoga for max resistance. This towel comes with me to every class!

This is exactly what I was looking for, a hand towel to place on the floor or over a mat and do push ups, planks, commandos and other HIIT workouts without my hands, forearms or elbows slipping. This towel works great for that. I’m getting a second one. I just wish there were more designs available, including single color options.

This is the best towel for my power vinyasa hot yoga. Stays put at the top of my mat during my practice and without a doubt absorbs all the sweat I endure. I know have in 3 colors. Highly recommended 🧘🏽‍♀️
