Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Due to our commitment to providing prompt service and ensuring minimal waiting times, orders are processed immediately upon receipt.

ZiahCare reserves the right to cancel orders where the cost of free shipping is disproportionate to the allowable shipping expense relative to product cost, particularly for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain U.S. regions.

While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that orders can be canceled once they have been placed. Once an order enters our processing system, it may not be possible to halt its progression. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at help@ziahcare.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Please note that cancellations requested more than 24 hours after your order has been placed may incur cancellation fees as determined by the manufacturer.
