Domestic Shipping:

ZiahCare offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. However, please note that not all products ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If they do, additional shipping costs and longer delivery times will apply.

Delivery estimates depend on the product and manufacturer. Custom orders may have longer lead times, and we will communicate the expected delivery time at the time of order confirmation.

Most saunas, steam products, fitness equipment, yoga products, smartwatches, and float tanks typically deliver within 3 to 7 business days from the time of order. 

Shipping carriers vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Heavier items (saunas, fitness equipment, etc.) are typically shipped via LTL Freight or FedEx and may require a signature for delivery confirmation. Smaller items are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping carrier used will be attached to the order shipping confirmation we send via Email or SMS along with instructions on how to receive your order to ensure a smooth delivery process. 

International Shipping:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, as well as the weight and dimensions of your order. For orders being delivered to the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia, a 3% packaging and handling fee will be added to your total. For all other countries, a 7.5% shipping and handling fee will be added to your total. 

Delivery times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Custom orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated during order confirmation. Rest assured, we strive to provide the most accurate delivery estimates to ensure your satisfaction.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

Returns:

While every product sold by ZiahCare is chosen with utmost confidence, we understand that you might have second thoughts or find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that all returns are subject to return shipping costs and may incur restocking fees.

It's crucial to inspect your products upon delivery. In the case of any damages, please document these by taking photos and send them to help@ziahcare.com within 24 hours of the product's arrival. Please also include your name, email used to place the order, order number, and description of the issue.

ZiahCare reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. "Like new" means that the items you ordered must be unused and not show any visual signs of wear. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee depending on the product.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Are there any plastics or glues in the sauna?

Finnmark Designs constructs its infrared saunas with minimal use of glue, primarily behind the cedar tongue-and-groove slats to secure them, using a non-toxic glue that remains safe up to 250 degrees. Plastic components in the sauna, such as the accessory outlet, screw covers, and controller, do not off-gas until temperatures exceed 212 degrees, well above the sauna's maximum temperature. Additionally, Finnmark consulted with an environmental biologist who, after an initial review of the sauna's mostly cedar and metal interior, did not recommend further VOC or off-gassing testing.

Does the sauna bench have a weight limit?

The benches were built with extra support brackets and have a weight limit of 380 pounds.

What is the sauna height clearance?

Finnmark Design's saunas are engineered with the power supply in the ceiling to minimize EMF exposure. A minimum clearance of 6 inches is recommended for connecting wires, although some customers have managed with less.

What are the dimensions of the sauna bench?

The sauna benches come in three sizes: the Hybrid Bench measures 43 inches long by 21 inches deep, suitable for 2-3 people it is 49 inches long by 21 inches deep, and for 3-4 people it is 67 inches long by 21 inches deep.

Does the sauna have removable feet?

All Finnmark Designs saunas feature screw-in removable feet, designed to stabilize the unit on uneven floors. The feet measure 3 inches in height and 2 inches in width for all models.

Is the sauna easy to install?

Assembling a Finnmark Sauna is straightforward and typically requires about an hour with two people. No special tools are needed aside from a screwdriver for the door handle and panel assembly, as the sauna comes pre-wired for easy connection.

Can I use an extension cord to plug in my sauna?

Can I use a Surge Protector or Power Strip?

Using an ordinary power strip or surge protector for a sauna is not recommended due to high amperage/wattage requirements. Finnmark Designs offers a 2,000-watt UPS surge conditioner for $799.00, though replacing a damaged sauna power supply costs only $450.00. Whole home surge protectors range from $300 to over $1,000, but their effectiveness can vary, as evidenced by a customer in Florida who lost several appliances despite having one. The advised solution is to plug the sauna directly into a newly installed wall outlet, considering the lower cost of replacing the sauna’s power supply compared to the expense of high-wattage surge protection options.

Should I replace my outlet for the sauna?

It is recommended to install a commercial-grade (preferably grey) outlet for your Finnmark Designs sauna to ensure reliability and reduce the risk of amperage loss, which can occur up to 10% per year with standard outlets due to loose wires and degrading connections. This approach helps safeguard your investment in the sauna, both financially and health-wise, by minimizing potential downtime.

How do I clean the sauna?

Maintaining your Finnmark Designs infrared sauna involves simple, non-toxic methods to preserve its Western Canadian cedar, which is air-dried to enhance its antimicrobial properties. For exterior cleaning, use a microfiber towel with water and apply a non-toxic beeswax wood conditioner; avoid chemicals on the glass, cleaning instead with just a microfiber towel and water. Interior cleaning should occur every 20-25 uses, depending on sweat volume. Use a microfiber towel with organic orange oil, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then lightly sand with 320+ grit sandpaper. This gentle approach will not compromise the sauna's thick wood louvers in strength or durability.
