Domestic Shipping:
ZiahCare offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. However, please note that not all products ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If they do, additional shipping costs and longer delivery times will apply.
Delivery estimates depend on the product and manufacturer. Custom orders may have longer lead times, and we will communicate the expected delivery time at the time of order confirmation.
Most saunas, steam products, fitness equipment, yoga products, smartwatches, and float tanks typically deliver within 3 to 7 business days from the time of order.
Shipping carriers vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Heavier items (saunas, fitness equipment, etc.) are typically shipped via LTL Freight or FedEx and may require a signature for delivery confirmation. Smaller items are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping carrier used will be attached to the order shipping confirmation we send via Email or SMS along with instructions on how to receive your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
International Shipping:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, as well as the weight and dimensions of your order. For orders being delivered to the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia, a 3% packaging and handling fee will be added to your total. For all other countries, a 7.5% shipping and handling fee will be added to your total.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Custom orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated during order confirmation. Rest assured, we strive to provide the most accurate delivery estimates to ensure your satisfaction.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.
Returns:
While every product sold by ZiahCare is chosen with utmost confidence, we understand that you might have second thoughts or find that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for most of our products. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that all returns are subject to return shipping costs and may incur restocking fees.
It's crucial to inspect your products upon delivery. In the case of any damages, please document these by taking photos and send them to help@ziahcare.com within 24 hours of the product's arrival. Please also include your name, email used to place the order, order number, and description of the issue.
ZiahCare reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. "Like new" means that the items you ordered must be unused and not show any visual signs of wear. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee depending on the product.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
