Invisia Fold Down Shower Seat

I decided to get this product because I wanted some kind of chair for my entrance that didnt take too much space. The reason is that my girlfriend needs to sit down when putting or taking off her shoes because of her disability. This looked like it could work perfectly for my use case. Included in the package is the fold down seat itself, a wall mount, screws and anchor, and an instruction manual. When not in use, the seat folds back onto itself, which is great since you dont have to do it yourself. The installation process is very easy. You install the wall mount with the included screws and simply slide the seat on the mount. The only thing Im a bit worried about is that all of the screws are pretty close to each other, which could have been distributed over a larger area for better anchoring. All in all, it works great and I highly recommend it if you plan on adapting your shower or any kind of room.

I was worried this might be a little cheap and not hold 440 lbs as described. We had it professionally installed to ensure the hardware would hold higher weights. The contractor said it was easy to follow the instructions and secure properly. We sealed the edges with silicone to revent leaking. The colour is just as described and blends in well with the surround in our bathroom. I like that it fold up compact and doesn't obstruct the use of the shower by those who don't need the chair. Where as other chairs you have to move them out of the way etc. to get to the shower (it's enough to give up!). I am a bigger man 6'2 and 260lbs. So having a sturdy product is important to me. I was a little nervouse to sit on this guy thinking I was lied to and someone was gonna have a good laugh with me stuck all contorted in the tub. I am happy to say we are a few uses and am I trust this thing. It holds me well, doesn't bend under my pressure, did not warp either. Very well constructed. I would recommend this for someone who has sitting balance (there are no sides) to use as a shower chair is they can't stand too long.

I havent installed this seat yet (shortage of workers) but out of the box I think its going to be perfect. The seat is exactly as pictured in the ad and since I dont have it hung in my shower yet I didnt take a photo for the readers of this review.

I like how it blends in to our tubs round we just had I stalled.. We did have a professional drill and install the bath seat for us and he silicone around the holding bracket. It looks Fantastic.

I purchased this in preparation for a renovation to my guest bathroom. The seat arrived very quickly and I was impressed with how sturdy it is. The renovation has not started yet but I am sure this seat will more than meet my requirements once it is installed. I wanted something that was safe but did not look institutional and this ticks all the boxes.
