The barbell is 86.5 inches long with a 16.25-inch loadable sleeve surface, making it suitable for both Olympic lifts and traditional weightlifting. Its designed with center knurling for added grip during heavy squats and a medium diamond knurling pattern for comfort and traction. The bar has a 28mm diameter and is available in sizes 35 pounds and 45 pounds, making it suitable for home gym use or heavy-duty training environments.
